Enterprise Research Campus
The Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) transforms a historically underutilized site into a thoughtfully designed, vibrant mixed use urban district that fosters a dynamic ecosystem of innovation, collaboration, and interdisciplinary research and development. Anchored by its proximity to Harvard Business School and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, the ERC features a blend of lab spaces, residences, retail, hospitality, and public amenities that bring together local and global communities. At the heart of the ERC, Allstonway will extend innovation from indoors to the outdoors, creating a welcoming public realm with engaging spaces where people come together to connect, create, and collaborate.
Designed for Connection
Designed by world-renowned landscape architecture firm SCAPE, Allstonway includes a range of outdoor elements such as an interactive fountain, a rain garden and a variety of gathering and seating areas, shaded by the canopy of more than 110 newly planted trees. A shared use path, over 75 species of native plantings and a state-of-the-art stormwater management system reduce environmental impact and increase climate resiliency.
